5. Select the top left cell you keyed in earlier. Move to the cell below the $= and press tab. Notice that you move to the right one cell.
  • Enter the word UK in this cell and press tab.

A Few Hints:

  • Make sure that you find the currency exchange compared to $1 U.S.
  • In order to do this the Convert From box needs to say United States Dollar each time you convert to another currency.

7. Once you have all the currency conversions in the table select the second column and select italics from the formatting toolbar.

8. Select the entire table that you have created and press the control key and C at the same time (this will copy the information, so it will appear as though nothing has happened).

  • Move the cursor two spaces down below the table that you created and press the control key and V (this will paste a duplicate copy of the table you just created).
  • Move two spaces below the table you just pasted and press the Control key and V again.
  • Move two spaces below the table you just pasted and press the Control key and V once again.

9. Now you should have four copies of the table.

  • For the second copy, select everything and then select Table from the menu bar.
  • Next, click on Table Auto Format, and then select Colorful 1 and OK.
  • Go to the third table and select Table Auto Format, and then select Columns 3 and OK.

10. For the fourth copy you can select any style that you want. Be as creative as you want to be! Use something different than Colorful 1 or Columns 3.

11. Now that you are finished, save a copy of your work to your disk, and a copy to your folder as>>Table2(first initial)(last initial).
